Our Style: Red K Photography specializes in capturing action. Our photo sessions take place using natural light and comfortable surroundings. We want to catch your kids running, your teenager smiling, and your spouse laughing. It's these unexpected emotions that make the best photos and capture the true essence of those you love. Instead of posing perfection, we want to see the true movement and interaction of everyone in the photo. To do this, we use a long lens, and capture the moment as it happens.

About Kelli

Lead Photographer: Kelli Boling is the owner and lead photographer of Red K Photo. Kelli earned her bachelor's degree in marketing from Winthrop University and her master's degree in integrated marketing communications from the University of South Carolina. She has 9 years of experience in the marketing industry including graphic design, photography and project management. Her creative eye and passion for adventure introduced her to travel photography at an early age. Since then, she's enjoyed using her photojournalistic approach to capture the spirit of any subject or location.

Weekends ‘o FUN! – Charlotte Photographer

The last two weekends have been filled with everything from kids to whitewater rapids, so here are just a few of my favorites from several random shoots. These first two are from the US National Whitewater Center. If you’ve never been there, it’s something you have to experience. Rafting, zip lining, rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, cycling and more, all in one place. On a day like today with beautiful Carolina blue skies, it’s hard to beat this place. The red arrow on the zip line is pointing to yours truly. I need to give my husband props for these pics – I was too busy having fun to capture the moment today.

The second set of pics are from our new house that’s about a month and a half away from being complete! Yeah!! And on the third row…are a couple of a precious little fella that I’ve had the pleasure of watching grow from behind my camera lens for the last 2 years. He just looks more handsome every month.
