Corporate Head Shots – Charlotte Corporate Photographer

Corporations like to show off their employees, and as a photographer, I frequently get asked to set up on-site with a gray background and do head shots all day. This usually goes as expected – kind of like yearbook pictures when you were in middle school.  Roll called, sit on a stool, turn slightly to the left and look at the camera.  Nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done.  Normally these shots end up something a little like these two – great smiles, solid background, standard composition.  But occasionally…..

Some companies have a little bit of fun with the process.   Red Ventures was voted one of the best places to work in Charlotte by the Charlotte Business Journal, so they needed some non-standard shots of employees to show how much fun they have at work.  We had a pyramid (nicely done), a jump and catch (great focus)….

Any guesses which department this is?  As it turns out, accountants DO know how to have a good time!

I don’t really know what to say here… I think the Nerf guns and a Monster energy drink pretty much sum it up.

Don’t you worry your pretty stripped head we’re gonna get you back to Tyson and your cozy tiger bed…..  This guy was in several group shots.  Not really your typical team member, but he’s clearly a team player.  No judgment here.
