We had a family tradition growing up – on Thanksgiving morning, while Mother was cooking, cooking, cooking, me and my brother had to go in the back yard and help Daddy rake leaves. Our back yard had LOADS of trees, and it felt like the leaves went on for days. But it was surprisingly fun, probably because we spent as much time jumping into piles of leaves as we did raking them up! So I thought it would be fun to make the challenge for Thanksgiving week “leaves”. And lucky for me, I had a family photo session out at Anne Springs Close Greenway this weekend and there were more leaves than you can imagine.
